There was a moment early in my real estate career when I realized something that completely changed the way I would build my business.
I had a choice.
I could follow the traditional real estate playbook, focus on closing as many transactions as possible, and become another salesperson.
Or I could become the advisor I would want representing my own family.
I chose the second path, and I’ve never looked back.
Today, everything I do is guided by one simple belief: people deserve to understand the decisions they’re making before they make them.
Buying or selling a home isn’t just another transaction. It’s often one of the largest financial decisions a person will ever make, and it’s frequently tied to major life events such as marriage, divorce, retirement, the loss of a loved one, growing families, downsizing, or starting over. Those moments deserve more than someone who simply fills out paperwork and negotiates contracts. They deserve someone who educates, advocates, and protects.
That philosophy has become the foundation of my business and the reason so many clients come back, refer their family and friends, and trust me through multiple chapters of their lives.

Knowledge comes first because I believe confident decisions begin with understanding. You’ll never be pressured into making a decision you don’t fully understand. I’ll explain your options, answer your questions honestly, and give you the information you need to decide what’s best for you, even if that advice isn’t the easiest path for me.
My passion for education extends far beyond my own clients. I’m constantly studying, earning advanced certifications, collaborating with attorneys, lenders, inspectors, financial professionals, and industry experts because I believe learning never stops. I also teach real estate courses and host my podcast, Real Estate: REAL & unscripted, where I bring respected professionals together to help consumers better understand the topics that truly impact homeownership and real estate decisions. My mission is simple: raise the standard of education within our industry so consumers can make smarter, more confident decisions.
With a background in Accounting and Marketing from Washington University in St. Louis, I combine financial analysis, strategic marketing, and meticulous attention to detail to help my clients protect one of their largest investments. Whether I’m preparing a listing, analyzing market trends, reviewing condo documents, negotiating complex contracts, or navigating probate and estate sales, I believe the smallest details often make the biggest difference.
Over the past decade, I’ve had the privilege of helping more than 400 buyers and sellers achieve their real estate goals, representing nearly $100 million in real estate while earning recognition as the #1 agent in my office for units closed and sales volume and ranking among the Top 1% of solo agents in South Florida by units sold. While I’m grateful for those accomplishments, they aren’t what matter most to me.

Sometimes it means explaining why a property should wait to go on the market. Sometimes it means uncovering issues that other agents overlook. Born and raised in South Florida, I’ve dedicated my career to serving the communities I call home. I specialize in listings, luxury homes, seniors and downsizing, 55+ communities, probate, trusts, guardianships, and other complex life transitions because these situations require experience, compassion, and thoughtful guidance—not just market knowledge.
